Finca Cortesin Hotel, Golf & Spa is celebrating more success after winning two awards at the prestigious European Tour Properties Awards.

The club received the ‘Best Staff Operation’ for the second year winning when the honours were announced at the annual event, which was hosted by the double award winners.

They were also recognised for their excellent customer service by being awarded the 2018 ‘Best Staff Engagement’ to complete a fantastic night for Spanish resort.

The winners were chosen through the European Tour Properties’ ‘Mystery Shopper’ initiative, and each club were assessed on a number of different criteria, which included tee times, shop presentation, payment information, food presentation and attention to detail.
