IGTM unveils plans for 2024 event

The 2024 International Golf Travel Market (IGTM) is set to unveil a host of exciting new developments in Lisbon.

As the premier global event for golf travel professionals, IGTM 2024 will introduce innovative experiences and fresh opportunities for networking and business growth.

The event will once again start with the renowned IGTM 2024 Golf Day, which offers delegates the chance to network with industry peers and enjoy some of Lisbon’s finest golf courses.

Four prestigious courses will host the event this year, including Aroeira Pines Classic – famous for its championship pedigree on the European Tour, Bom Sucesso Golf – known for its distinctive topography, Dolce CampoReal – once a hunting ground for Portuguese royalty and, Penha Longa – set in the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park.

Meanwhile, IGTM is also set to host the Welcome and Closing receptions at two distinct venues in the city.

The Welcome Party will kick off the event at Estufa Fria, while the Closing Party will take place at Tejo Hall, to celebrate the week’s successes.

Lunches will also be available outside of its venue, Feira Internacional de Lisboa, by a curated selection of international food trucks.

Several new and exciting exhibiting brands will feature at the event. Among those include Basque Country Tourism and Golf in Greater Madrid from Spain.

Trump International Scotland, Murrayshall Country Estate, and Jetlogic will be representing some of Scotland’s luxury golf experiences.

DMCs Exquisite Group from New Zealand and China Golf Package will be present for the first time this year.

Buyers and media will also have the opportunity to meet with Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco, a luxury Tuscan product offering exclusive access to a private on-site golf course.

Finally, there are still exciting products to be announced from Spain, South Africa, Italy, Egypt and Jordan – for the event which will take place from October 14-17.
