The 2024 Tourism Leaders Awards have named the ‘best hotel resort’ in Portugal.
It’s a hotbed of golf, with over 450,000 golfers travelling to the Algarve, alone, each year.
However, Onyria Quinta da Marinha – which is located in Cascais, 30km west of Lisbon – scooped the top honour at Carcavelos’ Nova School of Business and Economics.
The popular resort boasts two stunning hotels and a selection of picturesque villas, leaving guests with an array of luxury options.
The hotel, which opened in 1999, was joined last year by the new Onyria Marinha Boutique Hotel just half a mile from the ocean.
