Cabot Links

Located in Inverness, Nova Scotia, Cabot Links opened in 2011 and has already established itself as a ‘must play’ for any golf tourist visiting Canada. Designed by Canadian golf course architect Rod Whitman, it is arguably the closest thing to a true, traditional Scottish links that you’ll find in North America. The best hole? It has to be the par-3 14th. Little more than 100 yards from front to back, it overlooks the Gulf of St Lawrence and brings to mind the famous seventh at Pebble Beach. It looks like there’s little to it; in truth, it’s a potential card-wrecker, particularly when the wind whips up.
