Leading luxury accommodation rental company Vacation Marbella’s continued success is set to grow even further in 2018 after the acquisition of 12 new properties in the Andalucía region.

Established in 2015, the well-established business offers a range of stunning apartments that cater for golfers, families and groups of all sizes and ages, with an array of specially-tailored packages in the some of the most sought-after areas of the Costa del Sol.

The 12 additional accommodation options bring Vacation Marbella’s portfolio to 60 properties and 320 bedrooms – an increase of 20% on 2017 – with three of the new apartments being €1m high-end penthouses.

Vacation Marbella is focusing more on the UK golf market in recent times, and with an average of 320 sunny days a year and more than 30 golf courses in the region and 15 alone in Marbella, the area is a paradise for those who love to hit the fairways.

The company, which is now an IAGTO member, has devised a range of golf stay-and-play packages that includes discounted green fees at the likes of highly respected local courses such as Los Naranjos Golf and Country Club and Rio Real.

Borja Rodriguez, joint owner of Vacation Marbella said: “We have enjoyed a very successful 2017 with increasing numbers of visitors, particularly from the UK, so naturally we have added to our rental options in order to keep pace with that growing demand.

“We have 60 properties now, but the plan is to expand that further with the aim of taking it up to 90 by the end of the year.

“Three of these additions are stunning top-end penthouses, giving visitors the chance to enjoy the ultimate in quality accommodation, but we have an array of apartments that, although are still of exceptional high quality, are more affordable, and these are ideal for visitors who want to enjoy the excellent golf courses in the area, the golden beaches of the Costa del Sol, the famous Puerto Banus nightlife or the huge choice of incredible bars and restaurants.”

Vacation Marbella boasts extensive knowledge of the region, dubbed “Golf Valley” with a strong emphasis on delivering premium guest services, ensuring every need of its visitors is taken care of, whether that is organising green fees, arranging visiting beauty treatments, car rentals, fishing charters, airport transfers and baby-sitting services.

And it is that focus that recently prompted the company to employ a new general manager whose comprehensive understanding in the guest service sector saw him oversee exciting new visitor experiences for five-star hotels across Europe over many years.

The Marbella region has long been a favourite for UK visitors and Vacation Marbella hosted more than 10,000 guests a year alone in 2017, and with an average of 320 sunny days a year and properties on the doorstep of an array of highly-acclaimed courses, the area is a paradise for golfers.

Vacation Marbella devised some incredible five-night packages, including three rounds of golf in a choice of luxurious apartments a stone’s throw from the world-famous Puerto Banus harbour from just £280 (€319).
