Situated seven miles from the centre of Glasgow, Balmore is one of the most picturesque courses in the region, which is certainly a challenge.
With a par of 66, any golfer will do well to play to their handicap here, with several long par-3s and no par-5s making birdies tough to come by here.
In particular, the 15th hole is a real test. With a small green located at the top of a steep slope, many will choose to play this hole as a two-shotter. After that, the 16th is a shorter, but no less demanding par-3, with a burn surrounding the small green.
Throughout the course, you'll find very narrow fairways, with the opening tee shot demanding a solid swing straight away.
If you're in the Glasgow region and want a challenge, this is for you.
