Craignure Golf Club

Craignure is a newly laid out nine hole nine setup, which features a few challenging risk and reward holes, especially the seventh and the ninth.

Both holes are par-4s crossed by the Scallastle River, so any over ambitious drives will likely end up wet, as it sits poised to collect any wayward tee shots.

If the wind is blowing, then it is advisable to carry extra balls, as the rough can be penal and, at times, can make navigating it slightly exhilarating!

However, the course is one of the most scenic you are likely to play and with the sun on your back there are not many better places to be.
