With its stunning location and picture-postcard views of Loch Etive, Glen Etive and Ben Cruachan, it is easy to see why Taynuilt is widely regarded as one of Scotland's premier nine-hole courses.
It was officially opened in 1991 by the late, great Sir Michael Bonallack and has has since gone from strength to strength.
Picking a standout hole is no mean feat, as all nine are terrific, but the closing one probably just edges it. A short, dogleg par-4, the ninth has mature trees lining one side and the River Nant framing the other. Keeping your drive in play is crucial if you don't want to fall victim to this cheeky little card-wrecker.
