Prestwick St Cuthbert is a first-class golf course which offers a stern test of your game.
Having moved from its original site in 1963 to make room for the construction of Prestwick International Airport, the course is tough but rewards good shots.
There are no fewer than nine dog-legs to contend with and the cleverly-sloping greens are well protected on this west of Scotland design. With lots of slopes designed to stop the ball short on no fewer than six of the holes, it's a test of ball striking.
Be sure to leave enough time on your visit to enjoy a hot meal and a nice, cold drink in the ambient, friendly clubhouse.
One of the better parkland courses in the area, without a doubt.
