Perched in the vicinity of the Tummel Valley, Pitlochry is a parkland course with plenty of character.
Sprawling out over 5,700 yards, this Willie Fernie-design, which dates back to 1909, is a great combination of quality golf and the serene beauty that you would expect from the gateway to the Highlands.
Players kick off the back nine with ‘Lag-Na-Buie’, the challenging tenth hole. A long par-4 that is the start of Pitlochry’s ‘Amen Corner’, this hole ranks as the hardest on the course and will leave you scratching your head trying to navigate safe passage.
