Opened in 1907, Irvine Ravenspark Golf Club can be found in the coastal town of Irvine, in Ayrshire. Only two miles from the town centre, the club is easily accessible and despite being a parkland course, has a typical links feel to it in certain parts.
A few tight pot bunkers add to the drama on the holes with flatter fairways, while the greens adopt subtle undulations throughout.
Ravenspark has been changed in recent years giving it two distinct halves. The older back nine is a more rolling links style layout, whereas the front nine is more relaxed, but that doesn't mean it should be taken lightly.
The stacked club shop has you covered, and the course has it all too, as if you don't fancy all 18 holes there's no need to panic. The club provides a great value Express Golf offer, giving visitors the chance to play a quick loop instead of a full round.
