Abama Golf

This Dave Thomas design opened in 2005 and is one of the most beautiful destinations on the island of Tenerife. The golf course is home to over 300 species of exotic plant life, and gives the player stunning views over the Atlantic Ocean.

The golf course is one of the best challenges in Tenerife, as well as being one of the most picturesque.

Golf las Americas

Another stunning golf course in Tenerife, Golf Las Americas gives players the chance to navigate ravines and lakes, making a tricky test.

The course here is clearly one of the best, as it has hosted several professional tournaments, with the Spanish Ladies Open in 2012 being one of them.

Amarilla Golf & Country Club

The Amarilla course is set in the south of Tenerife, and gives players some spectacular tests. It was British designer Donald Steel who initially set out the course.

The signature hole here is one you will remember, the par-3 eighth, which requires you to play from one cliff to another, avoiding the Atlantic Ocean below.

Golf Del Sur

Since it opened in 1987, the 27-holes of Golf del Sur have been some of the best on the island of Tenerife.

It consists of three loops of nine-holes, all of which have a par of 36. As is the case with every course on the island, the stunning views and challenging holes make for a fantastic experience.
