Bryson DeChambeau hits the ball a very long way. But what are his stock yardages with each club?

The 2024 US Open champion and two-time major winner has the ability to hit the ball over 370 yards but let’s take a look at his averages with each club from this year so far.

This year, on the LIV Golf League, he’s been averaging 321.9 yards, but we know he’s capable of hitting it a lot further if he really wants to.

However, what is particularly impressive are his Greens in Regulation stats, which sit at 73.33%. That means he’s giving himself a lot of birdie chances and the ability to take advantage of that distances.

DeChambeau did famously have a spell of purely chasing distance, competing in the 2022 World Long Drive Championship and finishing in second place.

Since then, however, he’s admitted that he’s dialled things back and tightened up his game. That doesn’t mean that DeChambeau is a short hitter. In fact, he still says that he can reach the 200mph ball speed mark if he wishes, while his cruising speed is closer to 190mph with a driver.

For reference, Rory McIlroy – another of the longest hitters on tour – has a ball speed around the 185mph mark with a driver.
