Welcome to this week’s Social Eyes. First up, a whole load of Rickie Fowler.
The American isn’t afraid to hit back at Twitter trolls and, being renowned for spending so much time signing autographs and posing for pictures with fans post-round, didn’t take kindly to this particular jibe.
After the fact @RickieFowler would not sign for anyone yesterday I would like to announce #teampumaisdead long live @JordanSpieth #classact

Might want to check that…signed for 20 minutes after the round @solzisswag @JordanSpieth

After his Deutsche Bank Championship win, Rory McIlroy greeted this fan with ‘Hey, Rickie’. Can’t honestly see why…
“Hey, Rickie. How are you?”https://t.co/f7orBuP79u
— PGA TOUR (@PGATOUR) September 6, 2016
His response:
I’ve always been a big fan of @McIlroyRory haha glad we were both able to do something special for Brady last week!! https://t.co/VpbbQ1VIPS

And seeing as we’re halfway through the FedEx Cup, how about a #playoffmustache update?
Getting bushier, for sure.
Mark Wahlberg ‘ticked one of the bucket list’ yesterday by playing the Old Course.
Allegedly, the Hollywood star had been in Fife filming and well, what better way to finish than with a round at the home of golf.
Checked one off the bucket list this morning. pic.twitter.com/FOb6KtcRw6

How about this? Aaron Baddeley advanced to the BMW Championship by using his lob wedge as his putter for THIRTEEN holes!
He bent it on the fifth hole and made seven one-putts from then on to scrape into the top 70 at No.67. Clutch!

With all these freebies, do you think Justin Rose is bored of being an Olympic gold medal winner yet? No, me neither.
Big thanks to #teamadidas for the trainers!!! #adidas #gold

As the clock ticks down towards Hazeltine, John Daly reminded us of one of the biggest injustices in sporting history…
Sadly–this is the closest I’ll ever get to being on a Ryder Cup Team lol pic.twitter.com/9X9j9qCVBW
