It’s been a busy past week on social media – and who do we have to thank for that? Yes, Jordan Spieth, Rickie Fowler, Justin Thomas and Smylie Kaufman and their #SB2K16 antics.
It was great, wasn’t it? A unique insight into the lives of four young guys in their 20s on holiday enjoying life away from tournament golf.
Gary Player enjoyed it, too, and appears to be holding out for an invite when the PGA Tour stars rendezvous for Spring Break again next year.
#SpringBreak c.1965. @JackNicklaus and I out on safari in South Africa. Good times. How about an invite to #SB2K17 pic.twitter.com/RNJ0S0VPhb

But not everyone did. Geoff Shackelford said the friends’ antics wasn’t something to be lauded – which drew criticism from Luke Donald and Jason Dufner.
Totally disagree. Golf needs to lose it's stuffy persona. Just 4 guys having fun on vacation. https://t.co/EJv9S6aWvz

Until recently, Wesley Bryan was probably best known to Scots for this promotional video in conjunction with VisitScotland.
But after two Web.com Tour wins – he’s just one away from securing his PGA Tour card for the remainder of this season and next season. So, it’s safe to say life is pretty sweet for him just now. But he did have a minor hiccup…
Miguel Angel Jimenez is playing in the Volvo China Open and smashed a ball off the Great Wall of China – as you do.
Bubba Watson’s Night Golf made a return in China last week along with other random videos – and that randomness continued with his opening of an ice cream shop, where you can vote for your favourite logo!
While Bubba was enjoying his time in the Far East, fellow PGA Tour star Dustin Johnson was enjoying some downtime with fiancee Paulina Gretzky ahead of a busy schedule of events of the coming weeks and months.
And finally…
Thomas Bjorn has received a bit of heat since signing up to Twitter a couple of weeks ago – and there was not let up from Richard Finch.
