Chew gum

A packet of Wrigley’s finest might not necessarily be good for your
teeth but it is good for your mind. A study by an Australian professor
of Behavioral and Brain Sciences in 2008 revealed that gum chewers
showed a reduction in anxiety as compared to non-gum chewers by nearly
17% during mild stress and nearly 10% in moderate stress. Pull out a
stick of gum when you feel your temper beginning to rise to help keep a
lid on it.
