• Yonex reveals second EZONE XPG driver head
• It is focused on helping you to draw the ball off the tee
• Adjustable sole weights and hosel also feature
The new Yonex EZONE XPG Type HD driver has landed and it’s set to capture the imagination of slower swinging golfers around the world.
The latest premium driver from Yonex, it has been built to offer ‘big distance’ for players shopping in the super game improvement category.
The new design will run alongside the existing Yonex EZONE XPG driver (below, right) and has been created as a ‘High Draw’ model – giving a more right to left bias and higher launch than the standard model.

With Yonex’s long standing work surrounding carbon graphite crowns – they’ve been including it in woods for over 30 years – it’s no surprise the EZONE XPG Type HD driver has it as one of its main features.
The material reduces the weight in the crown, allowing Yonex to install an 8g tungsten weight into the rear of the sole.
On top of that, an additional 13.5g weight has been placed inside the head to give the best possible centre of gravity location for forgiveness.
The Yonex EZONE XPG Type HD driver also features a technology called Dual Tungsten Power. It allows Yonex to create a heavier head by placing the tungsten weight in the sole while balancing it with a 20g tungsten weight in the butt end of the grip.
The brand’s Quick Adjust System rounds off the new Yonex EZONE XP Type HD driver technology, allowing you to move the loft angle up or down by 1.5˚ from the stamped loft.
