Butterfield Bermuda Championship 2023 prize money payout in full

Camilo Villegas is a PGA Tour winner again.

The Colombian veteran ended his nine-year winless run on the American circuit with a dramatic victory at the Butterfield Bermuda Championship on Sunday.

Villegas posted a nerveless final round 65 to edge out Sweden’s Alex Noren by two shots at Port Royal Golf Course.

The 41-year-old’s emotional win was the first since the death of his 22-month-old daughter Mia from cancer in July 2020.

“I felt the energy, it kept building up. Everybody here on the island was great and just rooting me on,” Villegas said.

“I believe in energy and I’ve got my little one up there watching it, smiling – she’s where she needs to be after a long fight.”
