The climax of the LPGA Tour season is here as the world’s best players head to Florida for the CME Group Tour Championship.

The top 60 points earners in the race to CME Globe standings will battle it out for the most lucrative prize in women’s golf on the Gold Course at Tiburon Golf Club in Naples.

Lilia Vu is among the favourites to claim the $2million winner’s cheque after winning her fourth LPGA event of the season at The Annika Driven by Gainbridge to return to world No.1 last week.

Evian Championship winner Celine Boutier currently leads the season-long standings, while the Thai superstar Atthaya Thitikul is primed to shine after three top-five finishes in her last four starts.

Meanwhile, the big names who failed to qualify for the season finale include last year’s tournament winner Lydia Ko, Lexi Thompson and European Solheim Cup hero Emily Pedersen.
