Rickie Fowler torches Twitter troll

With Florida on lockdown as Hurricane Matthew batters in, Rickie Fowler has plenty time on his hands at home.

That time includes scrolling through Twitter and striking back at some trolls, with one in particular understandably annoying the 27-year-old.

It started from Fowler’s tweet on Tuesday, where he posted a picture of the Ryder Cup in the plane en route to Arnold Palmer’s memorial service in Latrobe.

But last night, a troll decided to get involved.

Not content with replying to him directly, Fowler outed the guy for all 1.33m followers to see!

Yet that didn’t stop another response, to which Fowler hit back again…

But, as you can imagine, a lot of people had his back.
