Rory McIlroy surprises kid on live TV

Rory McIlroy surprised one of his biggest fans live on an annual Irish TV show.

The Late Late Toy Show is a special edition of The Late Late Show, which features popular toys of the year that are showcased before Christmas as presented by the host and demonstrated by various children on-stage, along with appearances by celebrity guests.

Four-time major winner McIlroy was a celebrity guest on this year’s show, surprising nine-year-old Charlie who was playing the video game, Rory McIlroy PGA Tour, upon the Northern Irishman’s entrance to the stage.

The reaction from the little kid is priceless, as you can see his heart start to beat that wee bit faster as McIlroy walks closer, before he’s presented with a signed copy of the game and four tickets to the 2017 Irish Open.
