PGA Championship: Every LIV golfer in the field this year

There will be 15 LIV Golf stars teeing it up in the US PGA Championship at Valhalla.

In a significant step, the PGA of America have handed special invites to seven players on the Saudi-backed circuit ahead of this year’s renewal in Kentucky.

It is the first time a major championship has appeared to reward results exclusively on the breakaway league.

PGA Championship organisers pride themselves on assembling one of the strongest fields of the calendar and among the LIV players are a number of past winners, major champions and young hopefuls.

Brooks Koepka is back to defend his title and attempt to win this tournament for the fourth time, while Jon Rahm and Cameron Smith are among the LIV players most likely to stop the five-time champion.

Meanwhile, Patrick Reed will play in his 41st straight major next week after being among those to be handed a reprieve by the PGA of America.
