In his day job, Grant Field is the head of coaching at Pelican Waters Golf Club in the Sunshine Coast of Australia.

He is the head coach for Golf Queensland and specialises in short game, which shouldn’t come as a surprise as his top student is one of the best putters in golf.

He is also qualified to teach the putting method called AimPoint.

In the autumn of 2022, Field, along with Cameron Smith, attempted to break the record for the world’s largest golf lesson. The event took place at Royal Queensland Golf Club and although they didn’t break the record,  it was a chance for hundreds to gain expertise from both Field and Smith.
