Following his role in the film, McDonald’s other notable performances have included John Krakauher in Into Thin Air (1997) and Tappy Timmons in Requiem for a Dream (2000). McDonald also co-starred in hit comedies American Pie, Flubber and Leave It To Beaver. His television highlights, meanwhile, include seven episodes in the HBO hit series Boardwalk Empire as Harry M. Daugherty and, more recently, The Watcher on Netflix.
