Par 4 | 452 yards

Nerves settled? Let’s hope so because the second is a fearsome par-4 that demands nothing but perfect shot-making.

Aim just right of Cheape’s bunker on the left-hand side of the fairway and, assuming you stay out of the sand, you’ll have the optimum angle into the first of several huge, shared greens. Make sure you aim at the correct flag – you’d be amazed how many people don’t – and stay out of the two pot bunkers lurking to the right.

DID YOU KNOW… Cheape’s bunker is named after Sir James Cheape who bought the golf course from rabbit farmers in 1821.
