If you weren’t one of the lucky ones to win Masters tickets out of the ballet, don’t panic.

The first major of the year is now hiring, so this might be the best chance to get that trip to Augusta National.

Tournament officials are on the hunt for the next team to be part of the famous tradition, with jobs going in concessions, hospitality and merchandise.

Sound good? Well, you’ll be pleased to know there are very few requirements.

Thousands of employees fill the roles each year and availability to work all dates of the Tournament is mandatory.

It all begins on Saturday, April 6 at the Augusta National Women’s Amateur, and ends on Sunday, April 14, when the green jacket is donned by a new champion.

Applicants must be at least 16 years of age on or before March 27, 2024, and applications will be accepted until December 3, 2023.

Announcing the opportunities, the Masters website states: “You’ll do more than experience the most storied event in sports – you can help us make it even better than the year before.

“Working and learning alongside a world-class team, you’ll make lasting connections and create memories you – and our patrons – will never forget.

“At the Masters, every detail matters, and you can make all the difference.”

As well as walking through those magical gates in Georgia, staff will get to go behind what really makes the experience.

From the merchandise to pimento sandwiches, jobs range right across the board from baristas and servers to cashiers.

Some days might see you working between 10-14 hours, but there’s no doubt a few Masters treats will be thrown in there.

Pay varies by position and applicants can only apply for one position.

If successful, applicants will receive an invitation to complete a virtual interview, with offer letters sent between January and March.

Tickets are notoriously difficult to get a hold of, so this could be an excellent chance.
