One of the most popular country clubs in Texas has revealed the work it has completed in a multi-million-dollar renovation project.

The second phase of work at Canyon Creek Country Club in Richardson, has extended the course to 7,037 yards.

Now a par 72, it has been lengthened with new tee boxes added to offer a greater shot variety for a broader range of golfers.

The club’s driving range has also been upgraded with enhanced features, including Trackman, premier turf, new targets and practice accessories.

And designs for a revamped clubhouse, with a new bar, dining area and enhanced pro shop are nearing completion.

Those renovations are set to be complete by the summer of 2024.

Owned by Invited, the world’s largest operator of private golf clubs, Canyon Creek has set out to comprehensively improve the membership experience.

The renovations boost work done earlier this year, when the club opened a new pickleball facility and a resort-style swimming pool.

“Once we complete the transformation, Canyon Creek Country Club will rank among our finest clubs in the Invited Clubs portfolio,” said Invited CEO David Pillsbury.

“Our members can now enjoy a modern, fun, playable but challenging golf experience with enhancements throughout the course.

“Members and their guests can look forward to a brand-new course complete with new tees, fairways, and reimagined green complexes.

“The transformation won’t stop at the course as the entire property and experience will be elevated.

“We aim to elevate every aspect of the member experience and create a premier, family-first club marked by unparalleled service and a full range of first-class amenities.”

The 18-hole championship course in North Dallas features one of the best finishing stretches in the region.

A captivating waterfall on the 18th hole has been introduced to mark it as the club’s signature hole played over a Bermuda grass fairway and green.
