TaylorMade is releasing a trio of hybrids for the very first time in its brand new Stealth 2 range.

What can you expect?

Simple: tour-inspired shaping, refined CG placement and maximum playability – just the ticket if you struggle with your long irons.

“Advanced inverted cone technology takes a proven TaylorMade concept and pushes it to the next level,” explained Matt Johnson, TaylorMade’s Principal Engineer. “We’ve now optimised variable face thickness for each individual club, so that every face on a Stealth 2 fairway or rescue has been specifically engineered for that club.

“This design feat is a testament to our team’s relentless drive to improve on every aspect of our products year after year.”

Let’s take a closer look…

Stealth 2 Plus Hybrid

TaylorMade Stealth 2 Plus rescue

The Stealth 2 Plus is engineered for explosive ball speed, made possible by a C300 steel Twist Face.

This helps counteract mishits, producing a straighter ball flight. Variable face thickness maximises ball speed in a compact shape – delivering control and forgiveness – with additional forgiveness coming from the Thru Slot Speed Pocket.

Stealth 2 Hd Hybrid

TaylorMade Stealth 2 HD Rescue

Like the Stealth 2 Plus, the HD models features the Twist Face and advanced inverted cone technology, which gives you maximum ball speed and straighter shots.

This model has a larger profile with a low CG that encourages a higher launch and better playability for everyday golfers, as well as a Thru Slot speed pocket for maximum ball speed on low mishits.

TaylorMade Stealth 2 Rescue

Compared to the previous generation, the TaylorMade Stealth 2 Rescue has an even more centered CG, improving strikes off the middle of the face.

Weight has been saved and redistributed to improve MOI and forgiveness. It also features the Twist Face, Thru Slot Speed Pocket and variable face thickness for maximum ball speeds, straighter shots and exceptional forgiveness.

Available: February 17, 2023

RRP: £249 (TaylorMade Stealth 2 Plus); £239 (TaylorMade Stealth 2 and HD)
