Jon Rahm is back at world No.1 after winning his second major championship at the Masters, and he did it with a bag full of Callaway equipment.

Rahm held his nerve against an in-form Brooks Koepka who was looking to add a fifth major to his resume after finding form on the LIV Golf League, as well as Phil Mickelson, who flew through the pack to set the clubhouse lead on Sunday.

The Spaniard eventually closed out an impressive four-shot win at Augusta National for his first Green Jacket. It was his sixth win in 12 starts on either the PGA Tour or DP World Tour.

The win means golfers from Spain now have more Green Jackets than any country outside the USA.

Rahm was impressive off the tee all week with his Callaway Paradym Triple Diamond driver, with a driving average of 298.7 yards, and hitting 86% of fairways.

This win is No. 15 for the Callaway Paradym driver, making it the brand’s most successful start on tour ever with any driver.

The new two-time major winner has now won four times in 2023 with the new weapon at the top of the bag.

“We all dream of things like this as players, and you try to visualise what it’s going to be like and what it’s going to feel like,” said Rahm.

“When I hit that third shot on the green, and I could tell it was close by the crowd’s reaction, just the wave of emotion of so many things just overtook me.

“Never thought I was going to cry by winning a golf tournament, but I got very close on that 18th hole. A lot of it because of what it means to me, and to Spanish golf: It’s Spain’s tenth major, fourth player to win the Masters, and my second major win. It’s pretty incredible.”
