Holes-in-one are notoriously rare and therefore hard to predict. Unless, of course, you’re Nick Faldo. “I told four players earlier that I’m going to hole one this week,” said the Englishman after holing out with a 6-iron in his singles clash with Paul Azinger. “I said birdies are not good enough.” Turned out holes-in-one weren’t either. Faldo and Azinger halved their match as the US ran out 15-13 winners.
