It was the news nobody saw coming, including the PGA Tour’s players.

In the statement, it reads that the PIF will have the exclusive right to invest in the new entity, which hasn’t been named yet.

It comes as it appears the bitter feud between the Saudi-backed circuit will merge with the PGA Tour and DP World Tour.

It was news that took everyone by shock, including some of the best players in the world. As the story broke, players had their say.
