Harold Varner III is the latest player to pick up a win on the LIV Golf League.

The American’s two putt birdie on the final hole was enough for one shot victory over Branden Grace.

After gaining the lead early in the third round, Varner always looked like the man to beat, and the Range Goats GC member held on for a lucrative win.

Open champion Cameron Smith looked dangerous early in the final round at Trump National, but the Aussie didn’t have his best stuff towards the end, falling out of contention.

It’s Varner’s first professional win on American soil and he’s picked up a hefty chunk of cash in doing so.
