With the Ryder Cup over in a flash, golf goes back to its bread and butter as the PGA Tour returns.

The Sanderson Farms Championship was a happy hunting ground for Team Europe captain Luke Donald, who won the event in 2002.

The event has gone through multiple brand and venue changes, but since its inception in 1968, it has raised over $8 million for charity.

Now played at the Country Club of Jackson, players have their work cut out, as it’s a monster from the championship tees.

Understandably, it’s a weaker field event and Canada’s Mackenzie Hughes will bid to retain his title from last year.
