After three sessions, the Solheim Cup is finely poised.
The Europeans trail 5-7, but after a disastrous first session, it’s a scoreline that keeps the home team very much in the mix.
After a dramatic morning of golf, Saturday’s session of foursomes ended 2-2, meaning the Europeans are very much still in the mix.

In the final match, the pairing of Linn Grant and Maja Stark produced stunning golf over the closing stretch, to secure a potentially very important point, to reduce the deficit that was briefly three.
Meanwhile, the partnership of Lexi Thompson and Megan Khang produced an impressive turnaround to defeat the European pairing of Nordqvist and Maguire on the final green, after being down earlier in the match.
There’s one session left to play before the all-important singles, with this afternoon’s fourball session set to be crucial.
