5. Jim Furyk’s captain’s picks for the Ryder Cup

When Furyk announced his four Ryder Cup captain’s picks of, firstly Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson and Bryson DeChambeau, then Tony Finau a week later, there wasn’t much in the way of disagreement. But only Finau brought home any points from Paris, with Woods going 0-4-0, DeChambeau going 0-3-0 and Mickelson going 0-2-0. Sure, hindsight’s 20/20 and all that… but it’s hard to imagine that Furyk wasn’t infuriated with how three of his four wild cards performed.
