The Masters has long been the tournament golf fans crave, as it marks the start of a new major championship season.
Held at Augusta National Golf Club in Georgia every April, the green jacket event gathers the best professionals and amateurs from around the world.
Before Jon Rahm added his name to the honours roll in 2023, Chairman Fred Ridley announced changes to the qualifying criteria for 2024.
While a few logical tweaks were made, there is now 20 categories for players to earn their way down Magnolia Lane in Spring.
Winners of the PGA Tour Fall events and players who qualify, and are eligible, to play in the Tour Championship will punch a Masters ticket.
However, the biggest change came at collegiate level. From 2024, the reigning NCAA Division I individual champ will automatically qualify for the Masters, if they are still an amateur.

And speaking of amateurs, former World No. 1 Ludvig Aberg will compete in his first ever major at The Masters in 2024.
The Swedish prodigy’s win in the RSM Classic earned him a spot in the field. Meanwhile, several LIV golfers will form part of the field.
That is despite the event refusing to adjust its qualifying criteria to help the breakaway players compete on the biggest stage.
Ridley said in October 2023: “They (LIV golfers) made decisions based on what they thought was in the best interests of their golf careers.
“Our invitation criteria does say that we reserve the right to issue special exemptions to international players.
“So, we’re always looking at that. But these decisions have been made and will have to do with what’s in the best interest of the Masters.”
Meanwhile, past champion Angel Cabrera won’t feature in the event, despite his best efforts to return. The Argentine’s visa has been temporarily declined.
With all that in mind, here is the current full field for The Masters in 2024…
