The best places to play in The Bahamas

The Abaco Club

A regular haunt of 2011 Open champion Darren Clarke, the Abaco Club on Winding Bay is the world’s first tropical links course: a heralded Scottish-style design set hard by the sea but in a climate that’s ideal for enjoying the outdoors. Designed by Donald Steel and Tom Mackenzie, the Abaco Club has many classic links design features, including pot bunkers and sloping greens.
