Throughout August, SkyCaddie are offering those who buy an SX550 rangefinder a free Tour Book Holster, worth £34.99.

The SkyCaddie SX550 is the official rangefinder of the Legends Tour, and with the SX550, you can enjoy the same ground-mapped layouts as the pros.

With the HD graphics and ground-mapped layouts of each hole, SkyCaddie devices allow golfers to see the hole they’re playing from a bird’s-eye-view and from any angle they like.

For the rest of August, golfers who buy the top of the range SX550 rangefinder will now be able to team it up with a free Tour Book Holster, which acts as a protective carry case. It has a flip cover, a belt clip, as well as a button for attaching to your belt or golf bag.

“For this promotional period we are celebrating our new official partnership with the Legends Tour by providing a free Tour Book Holster for golfers who buy the most powerful distance measuring device in SkyCaddie’s history – the SX550” said SkyCaddie’s James Holmes.

“The SX550 already gives you golf’s most trusted yardages, mapped and updated on foot exactly how real tour caddies do it, and now this holster means you are holding a tournament-style yardage book which feels as authentic as it gets.”

The design of the Tour Book Holster enables perfect GPS satellite coverage for the SX550, while preventing damage to the ultra-fast SX550’s vivid colour touch screen. On this screen, you’ll see a graphic detailing the hole you’re playing, with yardages mapped by SkyCaddie’s team.

Other features of the SkyCaddie SX550 include IntelliGreen technology, which automatically rotates the putting surface that golfers are playing to, in order to give you the best chance of getting close to the pin.

As well as that, there’s the option of using the Dynamic Holevue, which allows you to get dynamic yardages to hazards such as bunkers, water and trees.
