Say hello to the PXG 0311 GEN6 line-up.

Comprising drivers, fairways, hybrids and irons, PXG says its new range features the “most impactful precision weighting system in the golf industry”.

The clubs share several key technologies. All feature an innovative supported weight structure that positions Precision Weighting Technology ports in the extreme perimeter of the clubhead, anchored to the outer wall.

This creates a sophisticated stiff and stable structure that generates high-frequency vibrations.

Using modal analysis, PXG determined that this geometry produces an optimal feel and sound at impact.

“We’ve considered every detail and pushed the designs, materials, and technologies to the extreme,” said PXG founder and CEO Bob Parsons.

“Our irons, which many people said couldn’t get any better, are faster, longer, and more accurate. In fact, they might be the finest irons ever made. I also believe we’ve also developed the best driver in the market.

There are two driver models to choose from: the 0311 GEN6 and the 0311 XF GEN6.

• New Scotty Cameron putters hit the shelves

The 0311 GEN 6 has a traditional head shape with a deeper face design, whilst the 0311 XF GEN6 is the more forgiving option. Both faces are made from a durable Ti412 titanium alloy, which helps generate face deflection to create ultra-fast ball speeds.

The fairways and hybrids both feature a HT1770 stainless steel face with an optimised high-speed squared face design which boosts forgiveness.

The fairways have a low profile with a flat sole suitable for players of all abilities and which are easy to launch, deliver maximum distance and tighter dispersion. They also have a larger squared face for maximum forgiveness on off-centre hits for faster ball speeds and greater distance.

The 0311 GEN6 hybrids, pictured above, are a low-spin option which have an innovative head shape that helps position the centre of gravity lower to produce a higher and optimised spin performance.

PXG 0311 XF GEN6 hybrids offer a confidence-inspiring, clean aesthetic with a railed sole and a large, squared face help deliver enhanced turf interaction, increased forgiveness, higher trajectory performance, and greater distance.

The GEN6 irons are packed with technology.

They have a 15% thinner face than the GEN5, with the XCOR2 providing structural stability to the clubface and dramatically increasing ball speed. As a result, GEN6 irons are the longest, most forgiving clubs PXG has ever released.

There are two options to choosr from: the XP and the P. The P is designed for low- to mid-handicappers and feature moderate offset and a mid-size head design with a clean aesthetic. The XP has a larger head with more offset to deliver great feel, distance, and forgiveness.
