XXIO continues to be a leader in premium lightweight equipment with the introduction of its new Prime range and Prime Royal Edition for ladies.

The new range is targeted at golfers with moderate swing speeds who have lost speed over time but are looking for more distance and better accuracy.

XXIO Prime can help them achieve precisely that with its lightweight products that feature elevated performance, power and speed.

• Shot Scope unveils brand-news X5 watch

“Crafted for golfers who’ve lost some speed over time but are still looking to add distance and maintain accuracy, XXIO Prime delivers,” said Sean Hanafusa, CEO and chairman of Dunlop Sports Europe.

”This innovative design is created with lighter components in the driver, fairways and hybrids, delivering more MOI for straighter, more powerful distance.

“To further help with swing speed, we included Weight Plus Technology, which counterbalances and stabilizes the club, creating a more efficient path, more consistent contact, and greater ball speed.”

Designed with luxury materials, the XXIO prime delivers forgiveness and less strain on the swing via aerodynamics, giving you the consistency and precision, which feel effortless.

• FootJoy unveils additions to Premiere Series

The XXIO Prime Royal Edition for ladies, meanwhile, features exclusive materials and specific performance features that accentuate the swing with remarkable ease and ultralight feel.

Key features include the Rebound Frame, which uses an alternating pattern of stiff and flexible zones which transfer more energy into the golf ball at impact for increased ball speed and distance.

Weight is also placed in the butt of the grip which acts as a counterbalance for better stability, consistency and faster club speeds, reducing the energy needed
to lift the club.

• New Scotty Cameron putters hit the shelves

The ActivWing aerodynamic design plays a big part keeping the head stable and more consistent at impact for better striking without losing club head speed. In the driver and iron faces, a Super-TIX 51AF Titanium is used which is an incredibly lightweight alloy for thinner faces that flex more and add ball speed.

What makes the premium SP-1200 shafts so lightweight is the high-performance carbon fibre, which uses an advanced resin matrix which delivers optimal balance, strength and flexibility in the shaft.
