Luke’s long wait

Luke List last played in the Masters in 2005 when he was a 20-year-old amateur. Now 37, he claimed his first PGA Tour win this year at the Farmers Insurance Open, sealing his return to Augusta. The 17-year gap is the second-longest between Masters appearances in history. Only Bruce Fleisher, who waited 23 years between 1969 and 1992, has had a bigger span.
