Harbour Town
Co-credited with Pete Dye, Harbour Town Golf Links is Nicklaus’ first course design and, 50 years on from its opening, it is still ranked among the best courses in America. Located at the Sea Pines Resort in South Carolina, it is home to the annual RBC Heritage, the only PGA Tour event in the state. Its finishing hole is particularly famous. A beast of a par-4, it requires a big drive on the line of the resort’s famous red and white striped lighthouse.
