It’s almost time for the third men’s major of the year, as the 123rd US Open will see the best players in the world descend on LA Country Club.

The US Open has listed a preliminary field of players that will compete for the national championship, with a host of big names still trying to punch their ticket.

A final qualifier will take place on June 5, where LIV golfers will steal the headlines as they attempt to fill out the field.

Brooks Koepka was the first LIV player to win a major – at the PGA Championship this year – and there are currently 12 golfers from Greg Norman’s circuit who are eligible for the US Open.

From the PGA Tour, Jon Rahm is looking to lift a second US Open and his second major of the year, while Matt Fitzpatrick will defend his title from Brookline last year.
