The Norwegian has been caught wearing eye-catching polo shirts, but what brand of clothes does he wear?

In 2019, Viktor Hovland became an ambassador for J. Lindeberg, and began showing off the striking apparel on the golf course.

The former world number one amateur was asked about his clothes at the 2023 PGA Championship and gave a simple explanation.

Viktor Hovland said: “J. Lindeberg give me this stuff and pay me money to do so, so I just show up and wear what they want me to wear.”

Established in 1996, the Swedish brand handed Hovland a multi-year deal to be: “the face of J. Lindeberg’s next chapter and vision of what golf could be for aspiring golfers around the world.”

After winning for the first time in 2020, Hovland has picked up multiple wins on the PGA Tour and the DP World Tour.

The clothes on display have therefore been in the spotlight and the 2023 Open Championship proved no different.

Viktor Hovland wore the ‘Special Tour Tech Print – Pink Bridge’ shirt during the opening round, garnering plenty of attention ahead of the Royal Liverpool major.

The polo shirt can be bought from the J. Lindeberg website and costs £89.

It has been a year for vibrant looks as Hovland drew eyes at the 2023 Masters, too, donning an Augusta National themed polo shirt, featuring an azalea flower print.

Despite coming under fire, the polo shirt sold out globally on that Thursday.

Viktor Hovland is one of five players who carry the trademark J. Lindeberg logo on their back. Matt Wallace, Camilo Villegas, Jonas Blixt and Callum Hill also wear the clothes.

Viktor Hovland was a long-time wearer of Nike’s Roshe G Tour golf shoes, although was first spotted wearing a different brand at the 2023 PGA Championship.

Since then, Hovland has treaded in Puma, opting for the Puma Ignite Articulate shoes.
