The Web.com Tour isn’t easy, but Sungjae Im certainly made it seem that. After earning his card for the second tier circuit in December 2017, he won the opening event of the season – The Bahamas Great Exuma Classic – at just 19 years and 292 days. Only Jason Day has been a younger winner on the Web.com Tour. Im was never overtaken at the summit throughout the season, aided by three solo runner-up finishes before earning his second title at the WinCo Foods Portland Open in August. Named Player of the Year by his peers, an all-new challenge awaits for the Korean but something tells us he’ll be up to it.
