The Masters: Every LIV golfer in the field this year

There will be no special exemptions for LIV golfers at The Masters this year. 

LIV player Talor Gooch caused a storm when he suggested there will be an “asterisk” over the tournament without some of the best performing players on the Saudi-funded tour.

But 13 LIV golfers are still in the field for the 2024 showpiece at Augusta National.

Joaquin Niemann, who has been one of the in-form players in the world, received an invite from Masters chairman Fred Ridley following his strong performances during LIV’s off-season on the DP World Tour.

Jon Rahm will defend his title, while fellow LIV signings Adrian Meronk and Tyrrell Hatton will also be in the field.

Past champions receive lifetime exemptions for the Masters and there are seven Green Jacket winners from Greg Norman’s circuit.

In total, 18 LIV players competed at the Masters in 2023, with three finishing inside the top five.
