Callaway create world's coolest golf course

2016 11 Links At Petco Park

For one week only, the San Diego baseball stadium Petco Park has been transformed into one of the world's coolest golf facilities.

Until Tuesday (November 8), members of the public have been able to enter the home of the San Diego Padres in an awesome link-up with Callaway Golf that is now in its second year.

With nine tee boxes dotted around the state-of-the-art facility, players have already been trying their luck at the holes, with one person - Scott Tomko - going nine-under-par, according to the Callaway website.
Around 2,700 people are expected to visit the stadium and tee times were completely sold out within hours, despite an additional two days of action.
Here's Callaway ambassador Paige Spiranac attempt at finding the island green on the ninth hole -'Trestles' - a brand new hole designed for this year's event.

Here are some more pictures of the stunning facility from those who have visited.

It's a great day for a round at #thelinksatpetco. Thanks @maderasgolf for letting us tag along!
