Phil Mickelson holds the record for the most Ryder Cup appearances with 12 in total across his garlanded career.

The six-time major champion has made the most appearances out of both teams and did not miss a match from 1995 before he missed out on the 2021 contest at Whistling Straits.

He played 47 matches in total across the dust-ups in 1995, 1997, 1999, 2002, 2004, 2006, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2014, 2016 and 2018.

Mickelson has an overall record across his 12 Ryder Cup appearances of 18-22-7.

His 21.5 points for Team USA is not the record, however, as Billy Casper leads the way with 23.5 points.
